Parking promotion

Business owners in Bridgeland are not happy with the parking tickets the city hands out to their customers, who apparently don’t realize they have to pay for street parking.

In response, the owner of The Main Dish, is offering 15 per cent off to people who bring in their unpaid parking tickets.

For March, The Main Dish is also holding a weekly draw where the winner can choose to have the parking ticket paid by the restaurant, or donate the equivalent to the CJAY 92 Kids Fund.

The Main Dish, 903 General Ave. N.E., Calgary, 265-3474. Open weekdays 7 a.m.-10 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m.-10 p.m., Sunday 9 a.m.-9 p.m.
