You know they can write about food, but can they bake? Of course they can! Several Calgary food bloggers are applying their talents to a good cause at this weekend’s Market Collective.
Organized by Ceci n’est pas un food blog, the food blogger bake sale will feature goodies from Dinner with Julie and Kitchenscraps as well as gluten-free goodies from Lauren and The Celiac Husband.
Proceeds go to Calgary Meals on Wheels, which provides nutritious meals to people in need, including seniors, children and the working homeless.
Here’s a full list of all the bloggers who are participating. Drop by their table and say hi.
Market Collective is celebrating its second anniversary too. It’s a great place to check out for unique art, gifts, jewelry, clothes, accessories and also listen to live Calgary bands and musicians.
Market Collective, 148-10th Ave N.W.
Saturday, June 19: 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
Sunday, June 20: 11 a.m.-5 p.m.

I can cook, but I let my (much) better half do the gluten free baking. We just keep talking about it.
