Food notes on a chilly day

Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay has some cockamamie idea that people are going to cook along with him live tonight at 10 p.m. MT on Global TV and Fox.

Someone didn’t think through this time slot. A three-course meal (angel hair pasta, steak Diane, and quick tiramisu) at 10 p.m.? Even in the centre of the universe, that’s still 9 p.m.
