CHARLOTTETOWN: Fishbones

If you’ve been following this blog for the last few years, then you know Jason and I celebrated our engagement at Denny’s, brought our families together over alligator, and like bacon a lot.

We finally tied the knot last week in New Brunswick in one of our favourite places in the world. But before I tell you about the wedding meal (it was perfection), I’ll warm up with some other eating pit stops.

The first stop for the family caravan before the wedding was Charlottetown because we were hell-bent on having our “rehearsal dinner” at the New Glasgow Lobster Supper.

So for lunch before it, I needed somewhere casual and fairly light for nine of us. Chris suggested Fishbones on Victoria Row, which turned out to be perfect.

There was something for everyone, and every plate was piled high with fresh goodness. The warm crab dip and lobster bacon clubhouse stole the show, I think.
