CALGARY: Winging my way to a tummyache

I can eat ridiculous amounts of chicken wings. On that food item, I’m all quantity over quality. So the Wednesday deal at the Yardhouse Restaurant has always intrigued me: 100 wings for $15.

I finally got a chance to dig into that deal recently with a few people. We ordered salt and pepper, teriyaki and hot. I’ve never seen 100 wings on a table before. Oh, make that 150 because the kitchen screwed up our order and gave us an extra 50, just ’cause. That’s a lot of wings.

Let’s just say my tummy hurt a little after. Warning: the pictures ain’t pretty. (We had three of those platters across two tables.)
